This amazing little restaurant is excellent. I do not dine in but always prefer take out. The food arrives within 25 minutes and is HOT!. The portions are quite generous. The delivery people are always courteous and are extremely grateful for the tip offered. The pepper steak and onions are so tender. The food and choices will not be disappointing.

Ordered the chicken noodle soup, chicken fried rice, and chicken lomein and was impressed by how delicious and tasty the food was. My favorite was the chicken fried rice it had the perfect amount of portion and size given its price. Service was great and attentive despite busy peak times! Will be doing takeout from here next time
Got the beef , chicken, and shrimp taco. It was delicious!!! I was not expecting much since I NYC does not have good tacos (sorry Mexico or California Tacos are the best). But was SO shocked honestly lol. The hot sauce was so good and not too spicy. Will come back for sure. No pictures bc I scarfed it all down.
Whenever I'm craving Chinese cuisine, empire is my spot! Never disappoints. I keep is simple... chicken and broccoli with white sauce or general tso chicken. Can't go wrong with ether or. Great local spot.
